S. Cj has just returned from her trip with MicroFinancing Partners in Africa. She will be doing a future presentation on her travels but here is a reflection from her experience. 

Sr. Cj Willie, SC (Religious Advisory Board Member) – Each trip to Africa for me is a lesson in gratitude. I meet people each time who are living in extreme poverty yet are so grateful for the help we were able to give which has enabled them to put food on their tables and send their children to school. I return home each time with a prayer that I may learn to live with a heart filled with gratitude for the gifts I have been given and accept the responsibility that accompanies those gifts. Those living in poverty have so much to teach me if I am open to listening.
